1. General Terms
Yong Tong is committed to providing reliable and professional logistics services. As most orders involve perishable or time-sensitive cargo, all orders are considered custom services and are generally non-refundable once placed.
2. Refundable Conditions
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
– System error or duplicate payment.
– Payment made but we are unable to arrange transportation (e.g., flight cancellations, force majeure).
– Customer requests refund within 24 hours of payment and no operations (e.g., truck dispatch or booking) have begun.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
– Transport arrangements, truck dispatch, or booking have already been made.
– Customer provided incorrect information (e.g., wrong address or cargo details) resulting in delays or losses.
– Delays caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, customs).
4. Refund Process
If you meet the refund criteria, please email us at support@yongtong.com.my with the following:
– Order number
– Payment proof
– Reason for refund
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
